By teaching food literacy, we support healthy lifestyles for people of all ages—cooking to help combat high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease and to sustain weight loss. We also seek to improve the health of the planet and know where our food comes from. Every bite of food we eat has a story.
By celebrating food, we encourage a love food and cooking through cooking classes, chef demonstrations, cookbook author events and more.
