Freedom Fitness Labs, LLC was created out of curiosity and frustration, I had recently found CrossFit and started out on a Paleo Diet adventure, I was starting to see results in my body but not on the scale. The scale wasn't budging but my waist size was, my clothes were getting bigger but I wasn't losing weight. I was frustrated and I wanted to know what I was really made of. In my research for a true body mass test I found the BOD POD. My goal for Freedom Fitness Labs is to help other people break free from the weight of a traditional scale and find their own way in this fitness world. The BOD POD is considered the gold standard for body mass testing and is used by all major professional sports organizations and colleges and universities across the country. It uses air pressure to measure total body mass and average daily caloric intake.
