FMT covers all aspects of member goals. We offer cardio kickboxing classes where you can burn up to 500 calories per half hour classes and get fit without getting hit. Our technique classes allow you to practice proper form under close supervision of our Kru or FMT trainer. Our sparring/clinch class gives members the opportunity to apply what they have learned in a realistic setting.
