In 1997, the Fremont Centre Theatre (FCT) opened under the co-artistic director leadership of James and Lissa Reynolds. Since then, over 50 shows have graced the stage, many of which have been World Premier productions.
The Fremont Centre Theatre is a 75 seat 501 (c)(3) non - profit professional theater located in a historic building. It is FCT's mission to discover and rediscover plays of value to produce in an artistic atmosphere that nurtures creativity, originality, and excellence. In addition, FCT is committed to producing theater that promotes diversity and attracts diverse audiences. They have been honored by many organizations including the LA Drama Critics Circle, LA Stage Alliance Ovation Awards, The Valley Theatre League, The Pasadena Arts Council Gold Crown Awards, The South Pasadena Chamber Of Commerce, Women In Theatre and The NAACP among others.
The Fremont Centre Theatre is comfortable, casual and inviting with a new restaurant Fiore Market Café on the premises.
