Farmers and their goods are a part of the fabric of this community, and by serving dishes made with ingredients sourced from KC growers, we intend to become a part of that fabric, bringing warmth and color to the city we love. We recently opened, and our name speaks to both our desire to be a cornerstone of our neighborhood, and the locally sourced freshwater fish on our menu. Chef Calvin Davis, a KC native, studied in New York and worked in New Orleans before returning to his hometown to open up his dream restaurant.
