CrossFit is a general and broad physical conditioning program performed in a group setting.
General in the sense that it is designed for everyone, your grandmother and the elite athlete included; broad in that it prepares you for any challenge utilizing a collaboration of all forms of traditional training: body weight, gymnastics, power lifting, olympic weightlifting, speed training, plyometrics, running, swimming, rowing, etc..
After consistently learning the technique for these movements and getting you to move well, we get you to move fast by adding intensity with greater resistance, faster movements or larger volumes in a shorter time frame demanding more of you than you would yourself.
By exposing you to a variety of experiences using these different forms of training we challenge and improve your relative function in every area of the basic elements of fitness, creating a well-rounded athlete in the safest most effective and efficient manner possible.
We reinforce the movements, elaborate on their importance, carry them out in our programming and provide nutritional guidance to sustain a community that embraces an active and healthy lifestyle.
