If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. ~2 Chronicles 7:14
"It seems like just the other day Charlotte and I were praying so hard about whether our pastoring should begin at Friendly Chapel, in the little building near McGee's Crossroads. We soon decided that God had opened the door and we dare not close it.
Shortly there after, in 1985, we came in after some things God did that clearly showed us this was the place for us. It has been an awesome trip for the last 25 years. We've had some wonderful times, some not so wonderful times, but all the while we have seen the hand of God at work in our lives and many others who have been changed along the way.
We have always claimed God's Promises: "I will never leave you, nor forsake you" and "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray, and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from Heaven and will forgive their sins and will heal their land."

We thank Him every day for the opportunity to serve Him as Pastor and First Lady and for all the people whose lives He has allowed to touch ours." Rev. R.B. & Mrs. Charlotte Parrish
