Friends of Anderson Park

Friends of Anderson Park is a conservancy serving as a liaison to Essex County, owner of the park, and is dedicated to the thoughtful stewardship of Anderson Park, and to fostering its historic, natural, cultural, environmental and educational qualities. It strives to protect the spirit and integrity of the park’s Olmsted landscape and to rehabilitate and maintain its pastoral ambiance. Friends of Anderson Park formed informally in the fall of 2005 and incorporated in August 2006. It is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
