This association includes owners of all condiminiums, townhomes and single family homes located in the Maddox Creek subdivision. Each homeowner pays $100 per year to the homes association. This money is used to pay for landscaping and insurance, maintenance of roads, annual meeting expenses, community cleanup expenses, enforcing CC&Rs and legal fees. The voluntary board of five generally meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at The Ridge, building #1 common room. All residents are welcome (and encouraged) to attend. We recommend you contact a board member prior to attending in order to confirm meeting time and date.
