Fritz's Chili

Fritz's Chili is NOT like homemade chili. It is not served in bowls and does not have a tomato base.

Fritz's Chili is served on plates and consists of mildly seasoned 100% ground BEEF and USA grown PINK BEANS. Both which are prepared daily on site.
You can order Chili, Meat & Beans or All Meat. If you order your Chili Meat & Beans you are served a layer of beans covered by a layer of meat. If you order Chili all Meat you are served Meat Only. ALL ORDERS ARE SERVED MEAT & BEANS UNLESS YOU SPECIFY ALL MEAT.
You can order your Chili Soupy (extra bean soup) or Dry (no bean soup) or Greasy (extra meat grease) or don't say anything and your Chili is served with a little bean soup.
Chili sizes are Small, Medium or Large. We also serve a Tamale Spread, (one tamale with Chili on a large plate)
To customize your Chili we offer side items at an additional cost, ketchup, chopped onions, jalapeno puree, grated cheddar cheese, sour cream, sliced dill pickles, and Fritos.
To spice your Chili, Fritz's offers, our own special blend of chili powder and Hot Red Pepper Vinegar. (We suggest adding a little at a time, you can always add more)
