On Ramp classes a must for those who haven't had previous crossfit exoerience. On Ramp is from 530p-6p M-W and a session of yoga on Thursday. Must complete before able to participate in open gym or in regular hour long classes. Please email to sign up for On Ramp and to receive more information.
