Fudochi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is system of self defense that teaches students to defend themselves not only standing, but on the ground as well. Students gain the ability to execute proper techniques through leverage rather than by brute strength alone. This allows individuals of all sizes and ages to progress! Students will have the opportunity to advance in rank from beginner to black belt.
