Full Counsel Ministries was founded by Bishop Silas & Dr. Jennifer Johnson in 1985, as an Inner City Word of Faith Ministry on the cutting edge of the end time move of God. As one of the fastest growing churches in Central Arkansas, our corporate office is located in North Little Rock Arkansas, serving as a support base for preaching the Gospel of Christ around the world.
