Full Deck Fitness is a strength program geared specifically towards the young athlete. In today's sports world kids are beginning sports at a much younger age and competing at a much higher level than ten or fifteen years ago. This puts an extreme stress on their bodies. For these reasons we believe that while the athlete is practicing and improving their skills, they also need to start improving their full body strength, core strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, balance, coordination and joint stability. Also, by doing this it will help build confidence in the athlete at the same time reducing the chance of sport related injuries.
