FULL PEDAL is where technology, state of the art bikes, padded weight bars, motivational instruction, and empowering music meet- creating the greatest, most enjoyable workout ever! With nightclub quality sound in our stadium-style PEDAL ROOM, this 45 minute soul pumping, body and mind journey leaves riders INSPIRED and craving more.

Our Schwinn AC Performance Carbon Blue bikes connect to our proprietary performance tracking software that, if the rider chooses, displays real-time stats on 2 large, flat screen TV's -the PEDAL BOARD- stoking riders' inner drive and competitiveness. Each rider's individual stats will be emailed to them after class and stored to their personal account, enabling riders to monitor their fitness progress.

Our studio has an amazing PEDAL ROOM , full locker rooms that include showers with towels, a kids room, and is conveniently located.

The FULL PEDAL workout is tailored to all fitness levels and experience levels, low impact and one of the most effective calorie burning, FUN, full-body workouts ever!
