San Antonio's ONLY ER & Urgent Care combined medical center, offering a Full Spectrum of unscheduled care options! This hybrid model provides comprehensive, cost-effective care for you and your family with little to no wait time. Urgent Care hours are M-F 10am-7pm and Sat & Sun 10am-6pm. Our ER is open 24 HOURS 365 Days a year so we are always here whenever your need arises.

We are locally owned by our physicians who are experienced combat veterans and accomplished academic professors. We are hopeful that you will never need our services, but if you do, our team of highly trained professionals will take top notch care of you and your family.
