As a certified trainer/ sports nutritionist, and fitness coach. I specialize in one on one or small group sessions no larger than four people. Unlike traditional gyms there are no contracts and no membership fees. You simply schedule sessions on times best convenient to fit your lifestyle and I will design a training program specifically for your fitness goals..
