Funny Face Productions, established by Emma Hall in 2014, seeks to provide summer theatre opportunities to Sheridan-area teens. In addition to excellent performance, our primary goal is to cultivate a strong sense of community, trust, and friendship within the Funny Face team. We believe that by fostering these community values, we improve both the quality of the show and the quality of every individual's Funny Face experience.
Our inaugural show "13," featured twenty-three area youth, ages 12-16. The show was highly successful, prompting us to perform a one-night-only encore event six months after our initial run closed.
Fun Fact: The original Funny Face was a deep-sea fishing vessel that worked on the northern Atlantic, and was one in a fleet of vessels owned by Emma’s grandparents, Capt. Tom and Shirley McVey.
