Fusion Dance Fitness

No! It's not like Zumba! Fusion is a fun, high-energy dance fitness class, with an edge. Inspired by a variety of music, dance styles and original choreography; Fusion offers a little bit of everything for all to enjoy, work out and just let go. We combine dance and strength training so bring your weights, 2-4 pound ankle/wrist one's work best. We don't lift in a traditional sense, we dance with them to develop deeper toning of our muscles.

$8 per class drop in fee, or purchase a block of 10 classes for $60.00. All block classes purchased expire in 60 days from purchase date, are non transferable and non refundable; cash and checks are accepted well as credit/debit cards. Private studio setting; no gym or membership required. Please bring a water bottle and a small towel. We sweat, a lot but we smile a lot too! Classes fill up quickly and can be full, please register for each class by logging on to www.centerofmovementstudio.com, navigate to schedule, and sign up via MindBody. If the class registers as full, please contact instructor directly. We reserve the right to charge a $5 cancellation fee if you cancel your class with less that 24 hours notice.
