Fusion Healthcare is a Family Practice caring for patients 12 years old and up. We offer a variety of services from basic physicals (both yearly and sport) to full concierge care. We can treat your acute illnesses or manage your chronic conditions. Our goal is not only to care for you when sick, but to optimize your health to prevent future events.
