As such, we take the safety and comfort of all our Fans very seriously and monitor this page on a regular basis. In the effort to preserve a positive environment we reserve the right to remove postings and photos that:
(1) Are libelous, profane, defamatory, disparaging, hateful, harassing, threatening, or obscene;
(2) Violate another’s copyright or intellectual property;
(3) Condone or promotes illegal activity;
(4) Are fraudulent, deceptive or misleading;
(5) Are otherwise sexual or offensive graphically or in tone;
(6) Contain spam or are intended to cause technical disruptions to this page;
(7) Are off topic; or
(8) Violate any local, state, federal, and/or international laws or regulations.
(9) Directly promotes competitor and/or directs customer traffic to competitive site

Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ENTRY IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL PRIZES AWARDED STRICTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES.

The “Galls San Antonio Gift Card Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) will begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 1, 2016, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 28, 2016 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to the Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Galls, LLC, 1340 Russell Cave Rd., Lexington, KY 40505 (the “Sponsor”) who is responsible for all aspects of this Sweepstakes.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Participants must be legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia and be 18 years of age or older as of October 1, 2016. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors, manufacturers, licensees and agents, and advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and employees of the United States Postal Service are not eligible to participate. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by the Sweepstakes Rules, which are final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with the Sweepstakes Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. ET on October 1, 2016, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 28, 2016. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.


3. HOW TO ENTER: Participants must LIKE the Galls San Antonio Facebook Page and LIKE and SHARE the Sweepstakes post with their Facebook friends. For the purposes of the Sweepstakes Rules, the word “Participant” shall refer to the individual entered into the Sweepstakes. The word “Participants” shall collectively refer to all individuals entered into the Sweepstakes.

Limit: Each Participant is entered one time when they LIKE the Galls San Antonio Facebook Page and LIKE and SHARE the Sweepstakes Facebook post with their Facebook friends. Any attempt by any Participant to obtain more entries by using multiple/different accounts, mailing addresses, identities, profiles and registrations or any other methods will void that Participant’s entry and that Participant will be disqualified. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized Facebook account holder. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, delayed, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, damaged, corrupted, or misdirected Entries, which will be disqualified.

WINNER DETERMINATION: During the Sweepstakes, four (4) winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries (the “Winners”). The Winners will be identified on the Galls San Antonio Facebook Page, located at www.facebook.com/GallsSanAntonio (the “Webpage”). In order for a Participant to determine if he or she is one of the Winners, the Participant should visit the Webpage on or after October 31, 2016 to determine if he/she is one (1) of the four (4) winners. Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes and related matters are final and binding. The Winners must comply with the Sweepstakes Rules and meet all eligibility requirements.
The Winners will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and/or, where lawful, a Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of prize notification. If the Winners do not claim their prize by November 14, 2016, reject the prize, or in the event of noncompliance with these Sweepstakes Rules, the prize will be forfeited. If a prize is forfeited, no compensation will be given and the prize will not be awarded.
The Winners will be required to claim their prize in person at the Galls San Antonio Retail Store (2111 West Ave #100, San Antonio TX 78201). A valid U.S. Government issued identification will be required to claim prize.
4. CONDITIONS: By participating, Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever, including without limitation property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, and merchandise delivery.
All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned under any circumstances.
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of proceeding as planned, including due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error, postal error, or any other causes that affect the security or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
Sponsor is not responsible for: any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission; communications failure; loss, theft, or destruction of Entries; unauthorized access to or alteration of Entries; any technical malfunction or problem with any telephone network or lines, computer or online systems, computer equipment, or software; failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor (including due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website); or any injury or damage to Participant’s or any person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor may prohibit a Participant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that the Participant is attempting or likely to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, including by cheating, hacking, deception, use of automated quick entry programs, or other unfair playing practices, or intends or is likely to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other Participants or Sponsor’s representatives.
Caution: Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal or civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from that person to the fullest extent permitted by law, in addition to any other legal and/or equitable remedies that are or may be available.
5. PRIZES: The Winners will receive one (1) of four (4) $25 Galls Gift Cards. Approximate aggregate retail value of all prizes: $100. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period.
Sponsor makes no warranties with regard to the prize. The prize is not transferable. No substitution of the prize is allowed by the Winners, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize is not redeemable for cash value. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the Winners.
6. USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Participants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review Sponsor’s privacy policy at http://www.galls.com/Pages/PRIVACY. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Participant hereby agrees to Sponsor’s collection and usage of his or her personal information in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, and Participant acknowledges that he or she has read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.
