We’ve spent a lot of time defining and refining our Brand and the Culture within Gameday. The best way to articulate our culture is to share an example. Every time you walk into Chick-fil-A™ you are greeted by a friendly staff member. You know the wait time will be minimal. You know the restaurant will be clean and the food will be good. And, you can expect that your “thank you” will be returned with a “my pleasure”. Chick-fil-A’s culture is pleasant and consistent. It’s their culture.

Our business is very different than Chick-fil-A™ but our culture is similar. We are in the baseball training and development business. We strive to deliver excellence in everything we do. We provide excellent instruction with excellent facilities and excellent player development both on and off the field. When you walk into Gameday and become a part of our program your player will be treated with respect and kindness. We care. He will learn how to play the game the right way and his baseball skills will be developed by the best instructors in the business. We also strive to continue to learn from the best in the baseball business which means we will constantly integrate new ideas and new teaching approaches to our program. We invest in our program and in our player’s development.

We understand coaches and instructors may come and go throughout the years in our program. Our goal is to provide consistent player and parent interaction and experience with Gameday and consistently deliver our culture of excellence.
