By participating in this contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST.
ENTRY: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Contestants will enter by leaving a comment in the comment section of the post. Only one entry per person, per post is accepted.
Disclaimer. GAMEWORKS CHESAPEAKE, Facebook, any participating sponsors, and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Sweepstakes disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of GAMEWORKS CHESAPEAKE or by non-authorized human intervention; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open only to Virginia residents, over the age of 18. Employees of GAMEWORKS CHESAPEAKE (along with its contractors, affiliates and subsidiaries) are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Contestants residing in those areas where the contest is void may participate in the contest but may not win any prizes.
WINNER SELECTION: Two (2) winners will be drawn at random every Wednesday at 10 a.m. PST while the contest lasts. Contest ends December, 23 2015.
PRIZES: Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) game card every week until the contest ends. Prize is not redeemable for cash value. Not valid on ticket, token, prize or photo games.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified within one (1) day after the determination date.
GENERAL RELEASE: By entering the contest, you release GAMEWORKS CHESAPEAKE and all Released Parties from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, possession, or use of or inability to use any Prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
The Game Card Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to a complete release of Facebook from any or all liability in connection with this contest.
