Gardner Webb University Campus Recreation

The Suttle Wellness Center is the recreation/fitness facility at Gardner Webb University. The facility is open to all GWU Faculty, Staff and Students. Faculty, staff, and students are allowed to bring one guest per visit. All guests must check in with the Suttle Wellness Center front desk staff and sign the liability waiver. Guests under the age of 16 may only uses the basketball gym and must be accompanied by parent/legal guardian at all times. Guests under 18 must have their parent or guardian fill out and sign the Suttle Wellness Center liability waiver.

The facility cardio room is filled with brand new Matrix Treadmils, Octane Ellipticals, Stairmasters, and Life Fitness Bikes. The facility is also equipped a strength room, free weight room, auxilary gym (Bost Gym), and Aerobics room.
