Since 1961, Gardunos in Montebello has been making great tasting, high quality food from scratch with fresh ingredients that you would find in any Mexican home. Gardunos brings homemade food made fast for your enjoyment everyday. We are a "Quick Service" restaurant because of the fact that we prepare most of our menu items from scratch right in our own kitchen, unlike your typical "fast food" joint. One of our keys to success is that we have never opened a can of beans at our restaurant before, in fact we slow cook our beans the traditional Mexican way and refry them fresh for our delicious burritos and entrees. Similarly, we don't open "guacamole cans" either, our guacamole sauce is made from fresh avocados delivered by our produce vendors. These are just some prime examples of what goes on behind the scenes in our kitchen, to deliver to you a taste that is unique, flavorful and unlike any other.
