At Brown Bag Jerky, we take great pride in our jerky, using only the finest ingredients. We start with premium Top Round cuts, which we slice thinly by hand. Then, we season the meat with 1 of our 8 delicious seasonings, like red and green chile harvested in New Mexico. Lastly (and this is the hardest part) -- putting it in the dryer and waiting! (Ever had jerky still warm from the dryer? It's amazing!) Each batch takes about five hours, but trust us, it's worth the wait!
