Gateway - University District

Gateway is the signature project in a decade-long partnership involving The Ohio State University and the City of Columbus to improve the quality of life in the urban neighborhoods known as the University District. Located on High Street adjacent to the Ohio State University campus, South Campus Gateway boasts a flagship university bookstore, 184 apartments, retail shops, art galleries, offices and a unique array of restaurants and nightlife. A 1,200-space parking garage provides on-site parking. Gateway is anchored by the Gateway Film Center, an eight screen cinema that features a diverse mix of independent and commercial films.
