Since 1983, the founder of Gateway Realty Group, Dan Siddall, has assisted clients in every area of our local market. He has extensive experience assisting clients with whatever their needs may be. Dan is an active member in the community and belongs to the Lyons Chamber of Commerce as well as supporting the Lyons Community Foundation.

In 2014, Dan along with his daughter, Colleen Dickes, formed their own independent brokerage firm, Gateway Realty Group, located on Main Street in Lyons. From the Main Street location, Dan and Colleen, along with their associate John Hyman, serve all of Boulder County and southeastern Larimer County. In addition to brokerage services, we also provide property management services.
