We use a whole-body, or “holistic,” approach in our practice, focusing our efforts on removing stress and nourishing the body. Our goal is to help you to achieve long-term full-body health rather than managing a symptom or disease. We offer health transformation packages tailored to your specific health needs and goals as well as supportive care to patients with chronic, degenerative, medical disorders. The chiropractic physicians at Gateways Chiropractic are passionate about helping people reach their health goals, naturally, using a customized combination of chiropractic care, acupuncture, and enzyme nutrition.

Dr. Patrick McNamara and Dr. Mackenzie McNamara are a husband and wife team and are proud graduates of Logan College of Chiropractic. They have each earned certification in Acupuncture from Parker University and have also earned Internal Health Specialist (I.H.S.) certification from Logan College of Chiropractic.

Dr. Patrick focuses on family wellness care and therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation. He completed a Master of Science in Sports Science and Rehabilitation in 2014 and is excited to start working with athletes in the St. Charles and St. Louis area!

Dr. Mackenzie focuses on whole-body care for women and families with a focus on nutrition and digestive health and balance. Dr. Mackenzie's biggest passion is helping people to re-claim and transform their health. It would be a honor to help you on your path to health and wellness!
