Gaucho Farms is a 30-acre biodynamic family farm producing all-natural, superior-quality, grass-fed beef and lamb, pastured poultry and cage-free eggs, fruits and vegetables. Since 2008 we have been a part of the Slow Food Movement and the Good Food Economy with a goal of growing the healthiest of foods for our family, while learning how to manage a small-scale, diversified farming system. The prime objective is always to encourage healthy conditions for life: soil fertility, plant and animal health, and product quality. Thanks to the support and encouragement of many family, friends and loyal, word-of-mouth customers, we’ve now reached a stage where we can begin to offer our farm products more widely.
