This AMAZING sport will keep you engaged both physically and mentally as you push yourself to new found levels of fitness and confidence with each unique class.

At Gauntlet CrossFit we like to keep things fresh by incorporating the best parts of WEIGHTLIFTING, SPRINTING, CALISTHENICS, KETTLEBELLS, and GYMNASTICS. By sticking to the most effective movements from each of these categories, we can run extremely efficient workouts in about 30 MINUTES OR LESS.

Whether you are an elite athlete or beginner, all levels of fitness are not only accepted, but strongly ENCOURAGED. You do not need to "be in shape first" to try CrossFit. The best way to get into CrossFit shape is by doing CrossFit.
