Gen X Crossfit

GenX CrossFit represents the evolution of health and fitness that led to the CrossFit method of physical training. This is the next generation of fitness and is designed to improve everyone’s health without discrimination. We welcome individuals of any fitness level who desire to be healthier, and we offer CrossFit training to provide an overall general physical preparedness. Our mission is for members of GenX CrossFit to live healthier and happier and be prepared in life for the unknown and unknowable.

We are conveniently located in Flat Rock, NC, just 2 miles from Four Seasons Blvd (Hendrsonville, NC). CrossFit classes are offered Monday through Saturday, and all classes are facilitated by certified CrossFit trainers. We will train you in the functional CrossFit movement exercises and customize a different workout daily. We will scale your workout to individual needs and track your results and improvement for you.
