“Impossible is nothing”

I want to start off by saying I’ve been there right now where you are sitting. I have been in that chair multiple times to many times to count. I’m not a trainer who has been fit and blessed his whole life I have worked harder year after year to get where I am today! So what I’m trying to say is that chair isn’t a prison sentence, with some determination and a little guidance from me we can make a change for a better you!

A little background on me, I grew being obese my whole life self-conscious beyond belief. I had zero confidence in myself what’s so ever. I graduated high school at that point my lowest weight since I walked through the doors freshman year 295lbs at 17years old. Shortly after graduation I went through some hardships, and fell out of the gym I lost my way. Within a year I was back to 365lbs at age 18 going on 19. About 3 months into being 19 I hit and all time high 382lbs it was time for a change. So I decided I was going to have Gastric By-Pass surgery. When I woke from surgery and was cognitive something clicked it was like an epiphany. The following two weeks following all the doctors allowed me to do was walk. I was going insane all I wanted to do was workout! Finally they gave me the go ahead and I have been in a gym 4 to 5 sometimes 6 days a week for the last 5 years this is my passion I will never stop! One of the biggest things I have learned from my journey is you cannot out train a bad diet believe me I have tried! Over the last 5 years I have yo-yod up and down having my bf% climb and fall. What I have learned from the yo-yoing is that we are all human we make mistakes, we slip up. However, just because we slip up doesn’t make us bad people just means you need to refocus and get back on point! One “bad” meal is not going to make or break you it does not mean you have to quite.

Some things I will be focusing on as a trainer to begin with is those looking for fat loss, improved strength, mobility, stability, balance, and condition/cardiovascular health.
