The Genesee County Treasurer’s Office functions as the County’s bank. The Treasurer receives annual revenue from deposits totaling $494 million from other County departments, various local, state and federal agencies and delinquent taxes. In addition to serving as the County’s bank, the Treasurer’s Office spearheads the Genesee County dog licensing and delinquent property tax programs, and serves as Chairperson to the Land Bank Authority.
