Genesis Wellness Studio

At Genesis, we believe that everyone from children to elders should have the opportunity to be well and feel well. Our classes cater to all ages, all shapes and sizes, and all levels of fitness. We want to help you find the class in which you feel the most comfortable, yet challenged.

You have several options for your group exercise experience at Genesis Wellness Studio. If you prefer private lessons, we will connect you with the instructor of your choice. You may like to purchase individual class passes, or maybe a package of multiple classes would better suit your needs.

It is our aim to offer a variety of yoga and group exercise formats. Our current schedule includes Yoga 101, Holy Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Hot Yoga Flow, Intermediate Yoga, Zumba, and PiYO. We are open to suggestions, so if you're dying to try something new or are missing something you haven't done for a while, send us a message or post it on the page! We will carefully consider your interest!

Keep an eye on our events listing for special series classes that run 5 or 6 weeks with the emphasis on your progression. We also offer something fun and fit for your Friday nights called Friday Night Fit Club! We feature guest instructors in addition to our stellar staff, to bring you a variety of formats that include yoga and other genres. We bring the party atmosphere, the fitness and fun, you bring your friends and a great attitude. Try something new this weekend!
