ACDNAC is a membership organization that is duly organized under South Carolina's Nonprofit Corporation Act. ACDNAC is specifically created to Empowerment African and/or African American women 18 years or older Economically so that the people of African descent; especially women, can legal structures to acquire meaningful capital assets on a major. This has not been done in over 150 years in the United States.
