Thanks for visiting my page, I am a Christian and Father of 2 Teenagers, I have 2 Jobs along with being a Fitness Coach. I Served our country for 22 years and I visited 47 different countries and i appreciate our country more because of that. I believe in god and I am here to serve him.I enjoy meeting and learning more about people and helping them in all facets of life not only Health and Fitness but learning how to be more positive and enjoying life more. I am on a Fitness journey by getting back to better health and shape.

I use Shakeology, workout to Beachbody programs like P90X, Insanity, Focus T25, P90X3, 10 minute Trainer Daily.
