Part 1 - Weight Training
We've created a weight-training program that's ideal for women.
In Part 1 of our program, if you increase your muscle tone by just 5 pounds, you'll increase your resting metabolism by approximately 200 calories per day. That's 1,400 calories per week! You'll also burn approximately 200 calories during your weight-training workout. Weight training 3 times per week will burn an additional 600 calories. In total, you'll burn approximately 2,000 calories per week from weight training and your metabolic response to it.
Part 2 - Interval Cardio Training
During Part 2 of our complete program, your certified personal trainer will help you achieve your goals through expert cardio training. As part of the program, you'll be introduced to interval training. Interval-training cardio helps to accelerate fat and calorie burning, lower blood pressure and heart rate, increase your good cholesterol, getting you and your heart in shape. Performing 3 interval-training cardio workouts per week will burn approximately 200 calories per workout, or 600 calories per week. You will burn calories for approximately 2 hours after your workout is complete!
Part 3 - Nutrition
In Part 3 of our complete program, your training team will show you how to eat properly – and enjoyably – as part of a healthy new lifestyle. Your nutrition plan is a key component of your successful body transformation. 6 balanced meals per day, one every 2-3 hours, 6 days per week, with 1 Free Day. Yes, you can eat "anything" you want on your free day.
Part 4 - Accountability
During Part 4 of our complete program, your certified personal trainer will hold you accountable for your progress toward your health and fitness goals. Accountability is also foundational to your successful body transformation. We'll check your weight weekly and body fat monthly to make sure you're on track. To help you stay on track, we'll schedule your workouts in advance, so you can make them a priority in your weekly schedule.
