Get In Shape For Women is a women's fitness studio that features certified personal trainers dedicated to helping individuals reach their fitness goals. The trainers focus on strength training, cardio, nutrition training, and, of course personal accountability to help members reach their goals. Weight training will increase your muscle tone and resting metabolism, cardio will burn off fat and calories faster and get your heart in shape, and nutrition will help you learn how to eat so you never have to diet again. For accountability, we’ll schedule your appointments, track your progress, and check your weight every 2 weeks! Our unique combination is scientifically proven to work.
In order to ensure everyone receives personalized attention, each member can work one-on-one or in small group classes of four women or less. In addition, each session is 30 minutes of weight training and 25 minutes of cardio and nutrition coaching.
