No matter what your lifestyle--an athlete, play sports, workout occasionally or have a sedentary lifestyle, then you are the perfect candidate for a yoga session on the beach. Whether you are experiencing sore/tense muscles, tight hips, lower back pain or stressed out I am pleased to introduce you to the stretching of the mind, body and spirit.

We welcome you to join us in producing positive energy and be introduced to new friends for a beautiful morning yoga/stretch session on the beach Saturday mornings.

ALL LEVELS WILL EXPERIENCE THE ULTIMATE OUTCOME EVERY TIME SURROUNDED BY OCEAN WAVES--A GREAT WAY TO START YOUR WEEKEND!

✳Day & Time: every Saturday at either 9:00AM or 10:00AM (keep posted the times every week)
✳Location: on the sand in Huntington Beach at PCH & 11th
✳The first class for everyone is $5, thereafter will either be
$15/session or a package of 10 for $100 or a custom package
✳Bring a new student=both of you only $5 for that class
