Aqua Fit: No swimming skills required! Join our instructors in different cardio workouts that focus on different parts of the body. The best part of this workout is that it's in the water where it provides resistance you cannot get on land.

Aqua Trek: No swimming skills required! Come in and turn walking into a real workout! Water provides 12 times more resistance than air and you can build muscle and endurance all while burning 300-500 calories per hour!

Lessons
Swimmer Aide: Must be level 5 sea lions or above skill level to earn community hours by assisting instructors with swim lessons. Also, develop professionalism, leadership skills and even get a 30 minute swim workout!

Semi-Private Lessons (Guppies-Platypus)
Need assistance with your swimming skills? Semi-private lessons offer instruction to a one instructor to three student ratio. Classes are geared towards improving technique and student weaknesses.
