Giancarlo’s Sicilian Steakhouse is Western New York’s premier spot for fine dining, business meetings, private parties, and select off site catering. Gabriela and Anthony Ragusa [sister and brother] opened Giancarlo’s in November of 2011 as part of Tony Walker & Co.

Giancarlo’s combines elegant dining with the warmth of a family owned, neighborhood environment. The experience begins in our lively bar, which features bistro tables and booths for full-service lunch and dinner. Our bar is highlighted by an incredible selection of Italian wines, craft beer, and artisanal cocktails.

Our lunch and dinner menus are developed by Head Chef Nick Cee [Culinary Institute of America], and Anthony, who studied Culinary Arts in Florence, Italy at Apicius International School of Hospitality. Giancarlo’s cuisine is inspired by the jewel of the Mediterranean, Sicily, and the great steakhouses of America. We operate a from-scratch kitchen that is proud to use the finest ingredients. Our steak menu is exclusively Prime Certified Angus Beef or Wagyu.

In traditional Italian fashion we believe that no great meal is complete without wine. Fred Palmer, our Operations Manager [and Sommelier in-training], has created a renowned list centered on Tuscany, Piedmont, Sicily, California, and select international wines. Each wine is hand picked with particular factors in mind: style, quality, story, and value. Our list is designed to fit a variety of palettes, and offers the opportunity to always try unique wines.

Our Private Events and Offsite Catering services are operated by Emily Dehlinger [Events Manager], Olivia Quinlan [Catering Manager], and Gabriela. We have three private dining rooms for events. The Vantaggio Room is a spectacular meeting space for 15 - 25 guests, and is equipped with state of the art technology. The Cento Board Room is an elegant space for exclusive meetings or intimate dinners up to 20 guests. The Cento Club Room is an exceptional space for presentations and celebrations for up to 75 guests seated, and 150 guests for cocktail parties.

Our offsite catering team, led by Olivia Quinlan, will bring the Giancarlo’s Experience to your home, office, or desired location. We do everything from elegant 10-person food and wine pairing dinners, to 500 guest weddings.
