Gilles Frozen Custard

Opening in 1938 under the ownership of Paul Gilles– Gilles Frozen Custard began its 78+ year history of family and frozen custard. After enjoying almost 40 years with Gilles, Paul decided to sell the stand to Robert Linscott in 1977. Robert ran Gilles for 15 years before handing it off to his sons, Tom and Pat. In 2001 Tom became the sole owner and is now, after 13 years welcoming his son Willy to the stand. Three generations of Linscotts have turned Gilles into the iconic custard stand that Milwaukee loves.

Located at 7515 W. Bluemound Road, Gilles offers an impressive variety of frozen custard, treats and eats.
