Girlfriends is a 24-7 all women fitness center which will provide cardio stations, treadmills and ellipticals, a nine machine circuit with step aerobics, classes offered, and esthetics available. With no sign up fees required and unlimited tanning available, we're your girlfriends who can provide encouragement and support when it comes to working out and staying healthy.
