Giving Thanks Farm

Giving Thanks Farm offers pasture-raised, non-GMO poultry including chicken, Heritage turkey, duck and eggs. They are free of antibiotics and added growth hormone, and range freely on our chemical-free pastures. Our birds are cooped at night, but freely range in the pasture during the day to eat as many grasses and bugs as they want. The birds' diets are supplemented with feed that is made especially for us by a local feed mill, non-GMO, free of added hormones, antibiotics, and animal byproducts. The processing facility we use was selected because it uses humane slaughter methods, is small enough for USDA inspectors to thoroughly examine each bird, and is a local, family-owned business. The birds are treated with the utmost respect because we believe that an animal that gives its life to feed us deserves nothing less.
SEASONALLY we offer wild blackberries and our very own honey. We practice natural bee keeping without the use of chemicals and our honey is minimally filtered, bottled in glass jars.
