Glass Art By Suzanne

Art is not something I produce, it's something that produces a change both in myself and my Customers. I began painting as a way of self expression and healing. I started giving family and friends my art as gifts. I then started getting orders! This was the beginning of my business Glass Art by Suzanne. Everything I create comes from a place of healing and love. As a person who works diligently to overcome PTSD, this is my refuge. My hope is that all people who are suffering can find hope and inspiration in my story. Through therapy I have learned many ways to help myself, one being that I take at least 10 minutes a day to sit and breath. Another way is, I created a meditation area that is a calming and a safe place for me to go, when I need it. I have filled it with things I love. I have also educated myself on PTSD, so I have a better understanding of myself. I hope you enjoy my art and if you are struggling with PTSD my hope is that you find a place of healing and love.
