Welcome to the home of Glass Roots Salon, located at 8341 Lemon Avenue Suite E. La Mesa, California. Amanda and Max Glass opened Glass Roots Salon in June of 2015 in the heart of downtown La Mesa, just one block away from La Mesa Blvd. The salon is conveniently located, close to highway 94, 8, and 125, just 15 minutes to east county, mission valley, the beach, or downtown. You will also enjoy great shops and restaurants within walking distance.

This beautiful salon was completely renovated and given a fresh new look that Amanda and Max personally designed. With all new state of the art equipment and furniture, you will find Glass Roots to be as comfortable as it is beautiful. Clean lines with crisp colors and pops of gold, you will love this modern design. Amanda takes pride in the fact that she thought through every single detail in the salon. “It must be functional and comfortable for both my staff and clients”. You will find the styling chairs to be extremely comfortable, and the state of the art shampoo bowls to be the best you’ve ever experienced.

The staff at Glass Roots are fully licensed in the State of California and the city of La Mesa. Glass Roots Salon goes above and beyond when it comes to code through California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. Stylists are required to keep their station exceptionally clean at all times, providing our clients with the most relaxing and appealing atmosphere possible.

The salon is open Monday through Saturday 9am-8pm and on Sunday by appointment only. Amanda and her team are highly trained professionals with decades of experience. Scheduling an appointment with your preferred stylist is highly recommended. We do take walk-ins if the schedule allows.
