Glassworks Lofts

The Glassworks was renovated in 2001 and features urban loft live/work apartments and condos above office and tourist-oriented space. A shared 2,900 square foot roof deck provides attractive outdoor space overlooking the Ohio River and downtown Louisville. Walking destinations include the Louisville Slugger Museum and Bat Factory, the Louisville Science Center, the Frazier International History Museum, the Kentucky Center for the Arts, 21C Museum Hotel featuring Proof on Main, Los Aztecas, the Bristol, Morton’s Steakhouse, and other downtown classics.

The flexible apartment floor plans offer huge windows, high ceilings, concrete floors, and a palette for your imagination! Most apartments offer river or city views.
