Serving the community for fitness; a clean cool place to be to get fit and stay fit. My goal is to offer affordable (but reasonable enough to operate) fitness to everyone in the community and hope accommodate most needs. Look for improvements to come to accommodate everyone in the community. Soon to renovate so well will have room for fitness classes, plan to add a percent from each monthly dues to a fund to update and keep equipment running. Also looking into insurance and how we can accept them.

Attendant hrs
I am generally at gym throughout the day but because I teach classes and have other business to take care these are set hrs that I will or another will be there for assistance.

Monday 10:30am-2:00pm
5:00-6:50pm, teach class then back 7:15-8:00pm
Tues 8:00am-1pm
Weds & fri:
10:30am-2:00pm

Thurs 10:30-2:00
5:00-6:50pm, teach class then back 7:15-7:30
Saturday I'm here many mornings 8am till about noon.

Call or text if you want to make sure I am here outside hours listed and on Saturdays if you need assistance .

I hope that soon I could hire help in the evenings once again when the finance equals out.
