I am a sole proprietress doing business here in the mountains of western North Carolina as Glenwood Properties.

I work with both buyers and sellers and can do anything from consultations to full transactions. I am a Licensed North Carolina Real Estate Agent and am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the North Carolina Association of Realtors (NCNAR), as well as the Hendersonville Board of Realtors (HBOR). I am a Broker In Charge and have over 20 years of real estate experience.

I have bought and sold numerous properties and have help many people with their transactions. I have owned my own Remodeling and Reconstruction Company and moved countless times. I understand the details of the home buying and selling process and am here for you.

Please be aware that in NC, real estate agents can work with buyers, or sellers or both buyers and sellers on the same transaction. This is called dual agency. I will have an informational brochure for you to sign, that you understand the types of relationships agents can have with people. One important thing to note, an agent does not work with you until there is an official agreement to work together. Do not share information with an agent that you wouldn't want someone else on the opposite side of a transaction to know, UNTIL you have an official agreement to work with an agent....
